today i binged, i am putting it down to being really tired and using sugar to give me energy, once that sugar wore off i kept needing more to keep me going, i will get a good night sleep tonight.

b- cheerios and skim milk
s- fruit
l- english muffin with something on
s- fruit and rice crackers
t- small bowl of something healthy
s- hot chocolate or sugar free pudding
