  • i am sick of saying, i will start tomorrow and eating whatever i like coz the cycle goes on and on and i don't eat healthy the next day, i have to do something about this otherwise i will gain the weight i lost earlier in the year which was about 14 pounds, i have put about 4 of those back on and have about 22 pounds to lose now, i go by kilos though so about 10 kilos to lose. i will lose this weight by counting calories so i know if i have some calories left for the day i can have something without feeling bad. so i will aim for 1200 calories per day, i will try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week, it is hard though with all the study i have to do. (i am doing a bachelor in teaching while working full time at a pre school so i have limited time plus i have a boyfriend)

    i post the same girl in my thinspo each day coz her body is my ideal body and i know i can look like that coz i have before

  • today has been good, i took the dog for a walk. i would have gone to the gym but my calves are so sore from jogging yesterday, i will go jogging again in 2 days. i went to a massive clothing clearance today and got some cute things. i got a really gorgeous top that is a bit too small to wear to a party in 6 weeks so my goal is to fit it and look hot in it.

    todays intake:

    bowl of cherrios with skim milk

    english muffin with relish and cheese

    1/2 a pear

    carrot, pineapple and walnut muffin

    roast chicken, a roast potato, piece of sweet potato and peas

  • hey i have had 2 previous xanga's but deleted them as i was getting sucked into the whole obsession with weight. this xanga is about being healthy and fitting my old jeans not obsessing about a number on the scales. i will not weigh myself i will measure myself and try on my jeans every few weeks to see if i fit them better. i am 5 ft 11, i am not overweight i just want to tone up and fit my size 6 jeans.

    i will post my intake each day and outake, i will sometimes post healthspo and a bit about how my daily life has been. 

    todays intake:

    weetbix with skim milk and brown sugar

    english muffin with marmite and cheese

    orange

    homemade banana muffin

    curry mince on rice with broccoli

    a few pieces of candy
